OUTDOOR ACTIVATIONS

Creator Terms

UPDATED JUNE 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to all creators working with Outdoor Activations on a job basis. By accepting a job brief from Outdoor Activations, you agree to these terms.

2. Your role

You are engaged as an independent contractor, not an employee of Outdoor Activations. You are responsible for your own tax and National Insurance obligations.

3. The brief

Each job will come with a written brief and script guidance. You are expected to follow the brief while bringing your natural style to the content. Hook variations and caption requirements will be specified per job.

4. Deliverables

You agree to deliver all assets as specified in the brief, including any required hook variations, captions, and file formats. All video should be delivered in 9:16 format unless otherwise specified.

5. Revisions

One round of amendments may be requested following delivery. You agree to make reasonable amendments within 5 business days of receiving feedback.

6. Intellectual property

Upon delivery of final assets, you assign all rights, title, and interest in the content — including raw footage and final edits — to Outdoor Activations. The client brand will receive a usage licence through Outdoor Activations. You retain the right to include the work in your personal portfolio unless instructed otherwise.

7. Exclusivity

For 30 days following delivery of a job, you agree not to create paid content for a direct competitor of the brand featured in that job. Outdoor Activations will identify any relevant competitors at the time of briefing.

8. Payment

You will be paid the agreed creator fee within 30 days of delivery and approval of final assets. Payment will be made via bank transfer to the details you provide. Outdoor Activations is not liable for payment delays caused by incorrect payment details.

9. Conduct

You agree to represent both Outdoor Activations and the client brand professionally throughout the engagement. Any content published organically in connection with a job must be agreed in advance.

10. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential all brief information, product details, and campaign materials shared with you. This includes unreleased products and campaign strategies.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
